The Ukrainian minister showed a “powerful swarm of UAVs” purchased with donations from Ukrainians
Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mikhail Fedorov showed what all 472 drones look like, which were bought with donations from Ukrainians.
This was reported on the Minister's Telegram.
“The Drone Army received 472 drones. Since drones come to us in batches, it is difficult to show what they all look like together. But we tried to show you this powerful swarm of UAVs purchased with your donations,” Fedorov said.
According to the minister, some of the drones are already carrying out combat missions at the front.
Also, the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Development announced that Ukraine has already received 20 thousand Starlink terminals for Internet communications in conditions of military operations.
“With the support of the Polish government, this is 100% their help, we received a new batch of Starlink - 5 thousand for the needs that exist in our country. That is, already about 20 thousand Starlink will be in Ukraine with the receipt of this batch,” Fedorov wrote.
According to him, all critical infrastructure will receive a new batch of Starlink in order to be in touch, despite interruptions in power and the Internet.
On July 26, Mikhail Fedorov reported that more than 12 thousand Starlink terminals operate in Ukraine. They help rescuers, firefighters, doctors and volunteers get high-quality Internet in difficult conditions.
At the beginning of March, the first batch of Starlink satellite Internet stations arrived in Ukraine. At the end of April, a representative office of Starlink Ukraine was registered in Ukraine. Starlink Ukraine also received an operator license.
