Construction of the first concrete road in Ukraine may begin as early as next year.

This was stated by Minister of Infrastructure Vladimir Omelyan, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports with reference to the department’s press service.
“We have a clear understanding of concrete roads. Perhaps the first such road will begin to be built next year together with Chinese contractors. 200 km have been announced that will connect Odessa, Nikolaev and Kherson,” Omelyan said.
As you know, in the USA, concrete tracks make up 60% of all highways in the country, in Europe - about 40%. The first concrete track in the US still exists, built in the 1930s in Indiana. Laying concrete tracks is not easy, but the high costs are recouped due to the durability of these tracks.
