The Ukrainian minister decided to open a beer restaurant right in his ministry
The Prosecutor General's Office questioned the head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, Vitaly Trubarov, in the case of the illegal privatization in January 2013 of part of the building of the Ministry of Agriculture.

“The story is typical for that time of outright bully. The minister and his protégé decided to create a beer restaurant right on the premises of the ministry on Khreshchatyk. Of course, for nothing. Consequently, they operate through a rental scheme with the right to privatize subject to improvement of the premises,” he wrote on Facebook.
According to Lutsenko, the repair work was only on paper.
“Yesterday, the then head of the capital branch of the State Property Fund Trubarov, who is now the head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, was interrogated. It was he who did not carry out the required control measures and signed an illegal agreement. He should have been detained yesterday. But the law provides for the transfer of such a case and ready-made suspicion to NABU. This is what has been done,” noted the Prosecutor General.
