Ukrainian Minister Stets campaigns against May 9 and March 8: “They don’t celebrate this in my family”

Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine Yuriy Stets does not believe that Victory Day on May 9 should be a holiday in Ukraine.

He said this in a comment to channel 112 Ukraine.
“In my family, March 8 is not celebrated. If we talk about May 9, I don’t think there should be a holiday when tens of millions of people died. It should be Memorial Day, but here it is on May 8th. This is my subjective opinion,” Stets said.
