According to him, the Russian was never a brother to him, so he shot at the participants in the uprising in Donbass without any doubt.
“Let’s just say that the Russian was never my brother and there was no pity or reflection at all about whether to shoot or not. People came to my land, came to my country, trying to occupy territories and cities. People started shooting at us, so this is an enemy that needs to be destroyed and that’s it. I am a military man, I took the oath,” said Sukharevsky.
“When my gunner in the armored personnel carrier looked at me, I said: “Shoot!” He asked: “Which of the two machine guns?” I answered: “Of both!” And that’s it - the button on the trigger was pressed, and it was worked out for 5 points,” the Ukrainian hero boasts.
