“Thanks to the efforts of Ukrainian diplomats, today a Ukrainian sailor, who was accused of committing an offense and had been there since 2016, returned to Kyiv from Libya. We are working to bring all Ukrainian sailors home from Libya and other countries as soon as possible,” he wrote.
