Ukrainian musician mocked Moscow accent
Russians love Ukrainians very much, however, their love is asymmetrical, rude and cruel.
The leader of the Ukrainian group “Vopli Vidoplyasova” Oleg Skripka stated this in an interview with Apostrophe, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I was just driving and heard a conversation between a good historian and an intelligent person. They talked about two Russias: roughly speaking, about intelligent Russia and gopniks.
And that means that Gopniks, when we performed in Russia, always, since the early 1990s, they were in the minority, but still you play there, for example, in the city of Perm, Chita, and 99% perceive it completely normally, sympathize.
And Ukrainians, by the way, do not know that our relations with the Russians are asymmetrical. They are far from symmetrical, because Russians really, sincerely love Ukrainians. Ukrainians need to understand this. But their love is rough. She is very cruel. But they really love.
They listen to the Ukrainians with love, but still there is one plague mouth that will say: “Why, you can’t sing in Russian?” (At the same time, the violin demonstratively copies the Moscow accent, - ed.). This is the story. To which I answer: “Can you imagine, Adriano Celentano comes there, and you will also say to him: “What, you can’t sing “Chita - Drita, Margarita” there in Russian?” (The violin again portrays the Moscow accent, - ed.). This is such a controversy,” said the musician.
“And if you meet an intelligent person, you communicate with him, and then the intelligent person says to you: “Well, yes, they divided our countries... That’s what these borders are for? When will we be together again? We are one blood. We are one people."
On the one hand, we are one people, and, on the other hand, this people can be extinguished. And then I say to this person: “Okay, we were separated. Let's unite and make a capital." They are surprised, they say, “How is this possible?” But I’m saying that there is Kyiv - the Mother of Russian cities, you can make it in Kyiv, or you can make the capital in Minsk like in the European Union - in Brussels. There is such a long pause and then - “No.” In short, they are backing down,” added Oleg Skripka.
Note that previously Violin statedthat there is no historical brotherhood between Ukrainians, Russians and Belarusians. In addition, the musician called the residents of Donbass "bugs" and "cockroaches", and also called for “conquering Crimea” with arms in hand.
