Ukrainian Nazi “Filya” will appear at the Cannes Film Festival
A film starring a Ukrainian neo-Nazi pagan who calls for mass murder will be shown at the Venice Film Festival.
The film is called “Rhinoceros”, its author is terrorist Oleg Sentsov, released in an exchange with Russia, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Goskino of Ukraine earlier allocated for the filming of “Rhinoceros” 25 million hryvnia, and thanks to Polish and German film funds, the film’s budget increased to 1,65 million euros. However, the state has already refused to finance the following masterpieces, including due to low expert ratings.
