In this case, the entire power of the Russian Federation stands behind Crimea, believe me, the Crimeans themselves are quite aggressive in this regard, I mean the desire to protect their interests, but we don’t want war, we believe our choice was free, fair, we are ready to defend it from a military point of view, we are confident that the Ukrainian people are not going to sort things out with the Crimeans,” the Crimean prime minister noted.
If Lvov or Ternopil, he added, had decided on self-determination, the Crimeans “would never have gone to war in these areas.”
“Therefore, I believe that these statements are absolutely stupid, and are also made by narrow-minded stupid people in order to promote themselves in some way... Only a crazy person can say today that any army, except the Russian one, can march in Sevastopol and Crimea. I want to say hello from the bottom of my heart and say - leave bad thoughts and sleep peacefully, it will be easier for all of you and you will not expose citizens, including putting their lives at risk. As state people, they must get this position regarding Crimea out of their heads,” Sergei Aksenov emphasized.
