Ukrainian oligarch, Verkhovna Rada deputy Konstantin Zhevago, owner of the Kremenchug Automobile Plant (KrAZ), stated this in an interview with the Kyiv magazine “Novoye Vremya”.
“I am proud that KrAZ works, that it produces products, including for the Armed Forces. Because KrAZ is historically an army vehicle. If you look at photographs from the combat zone, all of our people there drive KrAZ trucks and partly MAZ trucks, which is surprising to me. Because MAZ consists of 80% Russian components, which are actually bought for dollars. And this raises a lot of questions for all the pseudo-patriots who buy these cars,” the oligarch is indignant..
