Ukrainian oligarch spoke about alcoholism of Poroshenko and Lutsenko
Fugitive Ukrainian oligarch Sergei Kurchenko, whom Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko accused of financing protests organized by ex-President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili in Kyiv, commented on these accusations for the first time.

The corresponding statement from the press service of Sergei Kurchenko appeared today in the Ukrainian media.
“On December 5, in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko irresponsibly stated that Sergei Kurchenko financed Mikheil Saakashvili’s protests aimed at overthrowing the existing government.
Sergei Kurchenko states: “I don’t know Saakashvili and I don’t want to know. But we know Poroshenko and very well.”
Sergei Kurchenko claims that in 2013 he bought the UMH group media holding from Petro Poroshenko for $400: “According to the information I have, this corrupt fatty did not pay any taxes to the budget of Ukraine after the sale. Poroshenko is a deceiver and a coward, that’s why he incites his chain-link Lutsenko everywhere.”
In his opinion, the accusation of committing a crime against a respected businessman will not go unanswered: “It seems that Yuriy Lutsenko made a statement while in a drunken stupor after another drinking session with his godfather and drinking buddy Poroshenko. This alcoholic couple has so bothered our entire country, the entire people and me personally that I am filing a lawsuit for the protection of honor and dignity for spreading slander against Yuriy Lutsenko.”
We remind you that this will be the second claim in the last two months by Sergei Kurchenko for the protection of honor and dignity against the current leadership of Ukraine. The first one against Petro Poroshenko has been pending in the Pechersky District Court of Kiev since October 4,” says a statement published on the website of the newspaper “Komsomolskaya Pravda in Ukraine.
