The Obozrevatel website, close to Kolomoisky, accuses Kolomoisky’s direct competitor in the oil refining sector, Igor Eremeev, of monopolizing supplies for the state-owned Ukrzaliznytsia. The tender, held at the end of April, was organized in such a way as to “leave behind” other participants, the authors of the investigation believe. The competition conditions were actually “prescribed” for the products of the Berdyansk manufacturer “Agrinol”. But besides Vogue Aero Jet, no one was able to negotiate a dealership with the company, since the businessman who controls it, Alexander Ponomarev, is a member of Igor Eremeev’s deputy group “Will of the People.”
“In fact, the only competitor of Vogue Aero Jet in three lots related to lubricants and special oils was Olive Industry LLC,” notes Obozrevatel. “But the proposals of both companies turned out to be suspiciously similar. According to experts, it will certainly not be difficult to prove the connection of both companies.”
Eremeev also achieved monopolization of motor oils.
In March, the railway, thanks to its “court” supplier, was already experiencing a fuel shortage. The authors of the publication believe that the same situation could repeat itself with oils, because having become an absolute monopolist, Vogue Aero Jet gains even more leverage over Ukrzaliznytsia.
Kolomoisky has repeatedly accused Eremeev of violating Ukrainian legislation, as well as illegally conducting business. Eremeev himself, the founder of the WOG company, did not remain in debt. The squabble between Kolomoisky and Eremeev intensified after the February coup.
