“The most important thing and unacceptable for a normal democratic country is that these laws are trying to regulate the ideological struggle, which is in principle impossible in a civilized country,” the scientist noted. – Ideological struggle cannot be regulated. “In the end, these laws establish something like an official state ideology, which is contrary to the Constitution of Ukraine.”
