The author of the “Svoboda” project, Igor Miroshnichenko, explained the need to abolish the visa-free regime by saying that today “hundreds and thousands of people who become terrorists, kill and shoot Ukrainians who stand for territorial integrity” penetrate across the border with Russia in Ukraine.

Miroshnichenko emphasized that the introduction of a visa regime with Russia, on the contrary, will make it easier to obtain a visa-free regime with the European Union.
