The Ukrainian passport appeared next to the passports of Antigua and Barbuda in the Caribbean
The Ukrainian passport took 24th place in terms of the range of capabilities in the Global Passport Power Rank 2018, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This is evidenced by the results of the published report, Radio Liberty reports.
In particular, a passport of a citizen of Ukraine guarantees visa-free access to 90 countries. In another 41 countries, Ukrainians can obtain a visa on arrival, and to travel to 67 countries they must apply for a visa in advance.
Ukrainians still need a visa to travel to most developed countries: Japan, the United States, Great Britain, Ireland and China.
The Ukrainian passport in the ranking borders on documents from Antigua and Barbuda and Trinidad and Tobago (23rd place) and Mauritius and Venezuela (25th place).
Last year, Ukraine was 32nd in the ranking.
The first place in the ranking, as last year, was taken by the Singapore passport - its holders can travel without visas to 127 countries, and only in 32 they must apply for a visa.
