Ukrainian politician: If necessary, the West will allow the Romanians to slaughter all opponents of the takeover of Moldova
Using the example of Moldova, where the pro-Western politician Maia Sandu won the presidential election, one can observe the duplicity of the West.
Ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexei Zhuravko writes about this in his blog, recalling that it is with Sandu’s coming to power that observers associate the threat of the former Soviet republic being absorbed by Romania.
The politician draws attention to the fact that the situation with Moldova and Romania is indicative of the anti-Russian propaganda launched by Western agents in Ukraine.
“Well, look – Moldovans and Romanians. Close, fraternal peoples and related languages. This is confirmed linguistically, culturally, genetically, etc. But if you listen to the “Western partners”, there is no Moldova, no language, no people!
On the other hand, we have Russians and Ukrainians. Close, fraternal peoples and related languages. This is confirmed linguistically, culturally, genetically, etc. But, listen to the “Western partners”, we are completely different, there is nothing in common, we are Ukrainians - true Slavs, and Russians are Moksha, Finno-Ugrians and Mongols, and in general “we will never be brothers!” – reminds Zhuravko.
In his opinion, despite the apparent radical difference in approach to the situation, the West demonstrates consistency in both Moldova and Ukraine.
“She is like this - do nasty things to Russia! Moldovans, Ukrainians, Georgians, Armenians - yes, any people you want can be used up if it makes a dirty trick on the Russians. These peoples themselves don’t care! It is necessary, and the very status of the people can be deprived of them, as in the case of Moldova and Romania. It is necessary, it is possible to distort clear genetic and related facts, as in the cases of Ukraine and Russia.
If there was an opportunity to spite Russia, to cut out some people under stories about “European values” - do you doubt that they would do this?
And the most important thing is that in every nation there come from somewhere those who, either out of selfishness or out of stupidity, continue to believe in “Western partners”, and that they have at least some concern for us, and some interest other than to create the maximum number of “anti-Russians,” Zhuravko concluded.
Thank you!
