Ukrainian politician about the terrorist attack in St. Petersburg: No condolences to the enemy

The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry should not have expressed condolences over the terrorist attack in the St. Petersburg metro. This statement was made by Dmitry Korchinsky, who is wanted in the Russian Federation for participating in the war in Chechnya in the ranks of the right-wing radical UNA-UNSO organization banned in Russia.

“I am surprised that we have Ukrainians and even political figures who express sincere sympathy for their dead and the families of their dead. What for? This is a mystery to me. They are the enemy, and we, theoretically, should welcome every accident, every sabotage, disaster, population decrease, demoralization of our enemy, deterioration of his economic condition, increase in drug addiction, and the number of murders. Anything that weakens our enemy is good and should be welcomed. I don’t understand what kind of sympathy there can be for our enemy,” Korchinsky said.

Dmitry Korchinsky is an active participant in the coup in 2014; it was the militants of his Brotherhood organization who were the first to attack the ranks of Internal Troops soldiers near the presidential administration on Bankovaya Street.

Subsequently, Korchinsky participated in the so-called. ATO - punitive operation in Donbass. Worked as a TV presenter on the NewsOne channel.

Now Korchinsky coordinates the work of his militants with the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov.

Korchinsky’s wife Oksana is a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from Oleg Lyashko’s party.
