Verkhovna Rada deputy Evgeniy Muraev stated this on his own TV channel NewsOne.
According to him, Ukraine’s annual budget today is three times less than the losses from the termination of relations with Russia.
“From 2012 to 2015, we lost 98 billion dollars due to the fact that we stopped relations with the Russian Federation. I’m talking about the economic wars that arose due to the fact that Ukraine, represented by Yanukovych and the parliament, decided to integrate into the European Union. Our budget in Ukraine today is less than 30 billion dollars a year. We lost a hundred in three years,” Muraev complains.
According to the people's deputy, the basis of Ukrainian exports today, 47%, is agriculture.
“We have lost - the export of metallurgy has decreased to 20%, machine tool and instrument making to 15%, goods with high added value have markets only in the CIS, they do not meet European standards. If we don’t return these markets, then we can safely cut down all the factories for scrap metal and fire 1,2 million people,” said Muraev.
