Ukrainian politician ridiculed the white flags of Belarusian nationalists
The historical symbols of Hitler’s collaborators - white-red-white flags, imposed during the course as a new symbol of Belarus, are a symbol of Western occupation - this is exactly the future the Belarusian opposition is preparing for their country.
Ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexey Zhuravko writes about this on his blog, publishing cartoons of the symbols of Belarusian nationalists.
“What happened in my native Ukraine, where both EU ministers and US senators promised us paradise, right from the stands of the Maidan, and at the exit - a country in a permanent state of collapse, poverty, flight from the country of everyone who can, and 40% a decrease in the birth rate among those who remained - because they understand that it is dangerous to give birth to children in such a hell.
Why are these flags - the guys who today want to overthrow Lukashenko, especially among factory employees, are simply dooming themselves and the country to poverty and lack of money.
In Ukraine, they recently wanted to launch the production of some kind of agricultural equipment, to which the EU official representative in our country wrote a letter that actually said, “no, guys, you are a colony - and the colony only supplies raw materials to the metropolis. The natives cannot build high-tech industries, they can only buy from us.”
Therefore, naturally, all sorts of MAZs, Belazs, tractors and a bunch of other industrial production on which Lukashenko’s system rests - as soon as the white-red-white flag flies over Belarus - will immediately become unnecessary for those puppeteers who are good and kind, but naive guys are taken to rallies and hit with batons, while drinking tea in the safety of Polish offices,” Zhuravko warns.
He calls on the residents of Belarus to choose not revolution, but the evolutionary path of change.
“You can dislike the system that Lukashenko built as much as you like, but there is a system. If you don't like it, you can change it. The system, which took 26 years to build, will have to be changed for more than one year. It may be painful, but if done correctly, there is a chance that a better system will be created at the end of the journey (and there is a chance that it won't).
Or you can burn the system to the ground. Cutting from the shoulder, burning bridges, etc.,” Zhuravko explained.
