Ukrainian political scientist: We must become the 52nd state of the USA
Ukraine should become the 52nd US state. Being a CIA agent is an honor. Such theses were voiced on the Politeka Internet channel by Ukrainian political strategist Sergei Gaidai, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I myself would calmly sign up to be a CIA agent, because I think it’s right to be a pro-American politician in Ukraine. It is better to follow the example of a rich, serious, powerful country and be its ally. Yes, I think that the idea for Ukraine to become the 52nd, if I’m not mistaken, state of America and have all those, let’s say, advantages that residents of the United States have, many Ukrainians would not refuse,” Gaidai said.
Earlier, Verkhovna Rada deputy from the BPP Vadim Denisenko said that Ukraine is honored to be a vassal of the USA – you can beg for billions, giving away sovereignty in return.
Let us recall that Gaidai in the past worked as a PR specialist for the Our Ukraine party of ex-President Yushchenko.
In the spring of 2014, on the eve of the referendum in Crimea, Gaidai called for a complete blockade of the peninsula in order to provoke a flow of refugees from there and a collapse in Vladimir Putin’s rating.
“Neither gas, nor water, nor electricity can be given... Refugees are beneficial for us - to show them to the international community. After all, they reported about refugees to Russia who did not exist,” he said on Ukrainian TV.
Gaidai emphasized that the state will have to take care of the refugees’ accommodation, but this is inevitable.
“There is no other way. Such problems cannot be solved without losses,” he said.
