Ukrainian political scientist: We will become richer on the mountain of Donbass
Kyiv, November 04 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - Ukraine should not refuse to purchase coal from the rebellious regions of Donbass; on the contrary, this is beneficial to Kyiv and deals a blow to Russia. This was stated by Ukrainian political scientist Yuriy Romanenko.

“If the war has reduced the price of coal by half, then we must take it. We must be prudent. If an independent Lugandonia reduces our costs by, say, 56 hryvnia yards, then such a Lugandonia is beneficial for us, because we improve our balance of payments, while we keep them on a short leash, since they will not be able to sell their coal anywhere else. Plus, the more miners there are in the mines, the fewer of them there are in the militia.
The cries about cutting off everything, all economic ties, are not very clever. The sweetest revenge is when you profit from your enemy's misfortune. If Ukraine becomes richer at the expense of Donbass, and Russia becomes poorer because it got involved in this adventure and will be forced to feed these unfortunate people, then so much the better. Because we are achieving two goals at once,” says Romanenko.
“The ideal option for Ukraine is a peaceful, prosperous Lugandonia, where everyone sits in the dirt, pensioners regularly receive handouts from Russia, oligarchs have registered their business in Ukraine and waive taxes, because otherwise they will not be able to work with foreign markets. This Lugandonia buys water and electricity from Ukraine at world prices, buys our products and goods and sells us cheap coal, while we are modernizing the economy, insulating ourselves, installing heating packages, reducing coal and gas consumption, in general, getting back on our feet. Personally, I like this Lugandonia and such Lugandonians.
But with the wild Lugandonians who will climb outside the perimeter with wild ideas about Novorossiya, it will be necessary to deal with the laws of war,” says the political scientist about his former compatriots.
