Ukrainian political scientist: Weapons and loans will not save. We can't stand it
Ukraine is turning into “an agricultural village with a large army on the border.” Political scientist Andrei Ermolaev said this on NewsOne, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, Ukraine will not withstand constant confrontation, and the “cold war” will sooner or later destroy the country.

“For Ukraine, the turn to the Cold War could have negative consequences. No assistance with weapons, no new loans from international financial organizations will allow us to implement a balanced policy of social peace, much less provide any economic breakthrough programs. Living in front and working only for the army is the lot of a temporary country; such a regime cannot last long. The push towards such a regime, in my opinion, is associated either with the myopia of the authorities, or with outright voluntarism, the transformation of Ukraine into an agricultural village with a large army on the border,” Ermolaev said.
