“If Putin wanted to seize Donbass, he would start not from Crimea, but from Donetsk, as he was advised. He annexed Crimea, and he simply has no more strength. To capture Donbass, he needs 110 thousand troops. Russia does not have such resources. Therefore, there will be work here to organize a subversive underground and a separatist movement, for example, like London and Northern Ireland. This will last for several years - protests, shootings, anything except strikes will break out, so as not to disrupt the rhythm of exploitation and earnings of the coal barons. Donbass will not secede because Russia cannot afford to annex Donbass,” he said.
