Ukrainian Prime Minister: We are preparing for problems with energy resources
If Russia blocks the export of gas and fuel to Ukraine, then Kyiv will purchase energy resources in reverse through Slovakia and Hungary.
Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal stated this on the air of the talk show “Right to Power,” PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Shmygal, this will result in another increase in the price of energy resources.
“Of course, the government has a plan “A” and a plan “B” for gas, and for alternatives to physical reversion from Europe through Slovakia, through Hungary. This has already been achieved, this agreement, this opportunity has already been opened for Ukraine.
And we also understand alternative routes for the supply of light petroleum products, diesel and even liquefied gas. That is, we understand all these things. Of course, this may lead to some fluctuations in the market, but we understand how to stabilize and how to supply alternative fuel to Ukraine,” Shmygal said.
