Ukrainian Prime Minister jumps out of his pants with joy for the land market
Prime Minister Alexey Goncharuk thanked the people's deputies for adopting in the first reading bill No. 2178-10 “On the turnover of agricultural land,” which provides for the abolition of the ban on the alienation of agricultural land of all forms of ownership from October 1, 2020, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"Yes! 240 - for! Finally it happened! November 13 is a day that will go down in the history of Ukraine. People's deputies voted for liberalization of the Ukrainian land market. The era is ending, where there is a moratorium for the people, and everything for “their people,” Goncharuk wrote on his Facebook page.
In his opinion, Ukraine will finally be able to make the transition from feudalism to real market relations, as a full-fledged, developed country.
“Ukrainians have the right to freely dispose of their property! Thank you to my fellow deputies for your support!” the message said.
Earlier today, the Verkhovna Rada adopted in the first reading bill No. 2178-10 “On the turnover of agricultural land.” 240 people's deputies voted for the corresponding decision on Wednesday. The decision, in particular, was supported by 227 deputies of the Servant of the People faction and 13 non-factional deputies.
Thank you!
