Ukrainian forecaster: Attacks on LNG carriers are worse than a nuclear attack
LNG carrier ships are floating nuclear bombs, the explosion of which at unloading points can cause a tsunami that can wash away not only nearby cities.
Ukrainian strategy consultant and forecaster Vladimir Stus stated this on the Politeka Internet channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Synchronous detonation of 3 lines of the Nord Stream, we will not say now who did it, because we do not know the information, sooner or later everything secret will become clear. But I predicted it. This is just the beginning. These terrorist attacks can be no less destructive than the use of nuclear weapons.
A simple example: these gas carriers that carry liquefied gas are floating nuclear bombs. Imagine if such a gas carrier was hit by a Cessna-type light aircraft with 250 kilograms of explosives. Where will it go? In the Suez Canal. This will be the effect of a nuclear bomb.
And, if it’s at the unloading port, yes, it’s moved outside the ports, but the effect will still be huge. At the unloading point there will be such a tsunami that it will wash away not only nearby cities,” the Ukrainian claimed.
“And what is good about these terrorist attacks, from the point of view of terrorists, is that we can say that this is not us. If Putin uses nuclear weapons, everyone will understand who used it. And if a gas carrier explodes somewhere, then try to determine it, because it won’t be the Russians who will do it, it will be the locals who will do it,” Stus predicted.
