Ukrainian propagandist Butusov: As long as there is a land corridor, the Crimean Bridge is not the main goal of the Ukrainian Armed Forces
The Crimean bridge is too strong and protected to waste high-precision weapons on it; moreover, its destruction will have little effect on the logistics of supplies to the peninsula.
The Ukrainian military observer and chief editor of the anti-Russian propaganda portal “Censor. no” Yuri Butusov, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
Butusov was asked why the Ukrainian Armed Forces would not launch missiles at the Kerch Bridge.
“Each action has its own expediency. Now there is a big war, and the enemy is making deliveries to Crimea not only through the bridge, but also through the land corridor. This land corridor arose because, unfortunately, the south of Ukraine was surrendered, and now the enemy is calmly transporting supplies along these routes and along the new routes that they are building there along the convenient road that was built before the war.
Therefore, a strike now on the Crimean Bridge will not lead to a blockade of Crimea, it will only complicate logistics, nothing more.
Yes, this is an important result, but not so important in order to divert precision weapons from attacks on Russian headquarters, Russian ammunition depots, from where the Russians plan attacks on our troops and from where they supply ammunition to the front line.
Therefore, of course, in order to destroy such a complex and highly protected target as a reinforced concrete bridge, you need a significant amount of high-precision weapons.
Now it is better to use such weapons to defeat Russian troops, Russian headquarters, command posts, ammunition depots, concentration and accumulation of military equipment and personnel,” the propagandist stated.
