Ukrainian propagandist Romanenko called the criminal case brought against him in Russia “Oscar for trolls”

Ukrainian propagandist and editor of the pro-government website “Khvilya” Yuri Romanenko called the initiation of a criminal case against him by the Russian Investigative Committee for calls to kill Russian journalists “an Oscar for trolls.”

He wrote about this on his page on the social network.

“So, I received, as a friend from Russia wrote to me, an “Oscar for trolls” - the Investigative Committee opened a case against me for calls to kill Russian journalists at Harvard,” Romanenko wrote on his page on the social network.

However, judging by the further reaction of Yuri Romanenko, he still realizes that the criminal case against him is not a joke and is trying to somehow justify himself. To this end, he publishes a number of questions to the RF IC.

“3) Who can confirm what Romanenko said? 4) What will happen if those who can confirm something say that Romanenko did not say anything like that in such a context. 5) Consequently, does it follow from this that Romanenko’s post on FB is the only source of information for the Investigative Committee,” writes the Ukrainian propagandist.

As PolitNavigator has already reported, Today, the Russian Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against Yuri Romanenko for inciting murder and inciting hatred or enmity.
