As a result of a manufacturing defect, an explosion occurred in the forward positions of the Ukrainian group in the Donbass of the Stugna-P anti-tank missile system. Four servicemen were injured.

According to him, the incident occurred in the 10th battalion of the 59th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

“The command of the brigade appointed a commission, which included, among other things, specialists from the manufacturer. During the investigation, a manufacturing defect of the missile system was revealed. In this regard, the six complexes put into the formation were returned to the Luch design bureau,” said Ivan Filiponenko.
