Moscow political scientist Sergei Mikheev stated this at a meeting with the public and media in Simferopol.
“I don’t believe in the Ukrainian Reich. Maybe they (the Kiev authorities - PolitNavigator) want to create it, but there are very few internal prerequisites for it, starting from the Ukrainian national character - it is not German, to put it mildly, half of the money for the Reich will be stolen on the way... This is the first thing. Second. Hitler's Reich became possible only on the basis of a powerful economy. Where is this economy in Ukraine? It is now turning to dust before our eyes. There will be no Reich on the basis of such an economy,” the expert noted.

He couldn’t study, he had problems with his brain, and he didn’t want to work because he thought a lot about himself. This is the dream of an outcast, the dream of a person unable to realize himself,” Sergei Mikheev outlined a portrait of modern Ukrainian nationalists.
