It is reported that the prisoner of war is a sergeant of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, serving in the 24th Mechanized Brigade.
“The prisoner of war spoke about the shortage of military equipment and personnel in the Ukrainian army, about the constant drinking of alcoholic beverages by army personnel, and that military personnel are trying by any means to get a dismissal or leave in order to return to their families in their homeland,” the annotation says to the video.
According to the Ukrainian Armed Forces sergeant, his colleagues drink alcohol at least two to three times a week, all the while carrying weapons. As a result, there were repeated incidents of hazing while intoxicated.
