Ukrainian trace: The strike on Transnistria was allegedly carried out from a drone
Today blowing up the largest relay towers in the Transnistrian village of Mayaki could be carried out from a drone.
The “Pridnistrovets” telegram channel writes about this, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“In Transnistria, unknown persons blew up a radio center tower in the village of Mayaki. The strike was allegedly carried out from a drone. There were two explosions in total. There was only one on video. A column of smoke is visible after the explosion,” writes the telegram channel.
Ukraine may be behind the attack on the PMR. Thus, according to the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Odessa resident Alexei Goncharenko, Transnistria poses a danger to his country.
“The issue of Transnistria is becoming more and more critical. Transnistria is a threat to Odessa. We need a friendly Moldova on the borders, not a Russian misunderstanding,” Goncharenco writes in his blog.
Belarusian political scientist Alexey Dzermant on his page on the social network believes that destabilization in Transnistria is the work of the West and Ukraine:
“The escalation in Transnistria is a series of explosions in this unrecognized republic. It is obvious that the West, through the Kiev regime, as well as Romania and the controlled government of Moldova, are trying to interfere with the implementation of plans for the first stage of the special operation in order to prevent Russian control over the Black Sea coast and create a corridor from the LDPR to the PMR.”
Previously, former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, ex-commander of the Dnepr-1 regiment, militant Yuri Bereza said The Ukrainian army will have to carry out an offensive on the territory of Moldova in order to resolve the issue of the Transnistrian Moldavian Republic.
According to journalist Alexander Nosovich, the terrorist attacks in Transnistria are a tool of pressure on the Moldovan authorities to more clearly define the side of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
“Ukraine stubbornly does not want to fight alone and therefore shells the territory of Moldova. After all, for Kyiv, Transnistria is Moldova. And for the rest of the world (for now) too. Another confirmation of my long-standing thesis that neutrality in the post-Soviet space is unviable. Maia Sandu will not get away with supplying APU fuel through Giurgiulesti. The side of the trench will have to be chosen once and for all, with all that it entails.
By the way, this also applies to the Sheriff group. It is impossible to fly the Russian flag together with the PMR flag and count on constructive, economic-based relations with neighboring regions of Ukraine. Ukraine will force us to separate friends and enemies,” Nosovich believes.
Belarusian TV presenter Vladimir Azarenok believes that the West is trying to open a second front against Russia in Transnistria:
“It seems that the West has been choosing a victim in recent weeks to expand the Ukrainian conflict. Most likely, Belarus was in the crosshairs. But the capitalists sat down, did the math, looked at the Old Man of Belarus, and decided - well, he’ll destroy Warsaw.
Journalist Irina Alksnis notes that one of the goals of the Ukrainian army in Transnistria could be a large arsenal in Kolbasnoye, where a large amount of ammunition has been stored since Soviet times:
“With Pridnestrovie, in addition to the geopolitical aspect, there is a very important military one. It's called Sausage. This is a village in the PMR, where the largest ammunition depot in Europe is located. Soviet ammunition. It is located a couple of kilometers from the border with Ukraine. Guarded by Russian military. In light of the increasingly acute weapons famine in general and shell hunger in particular in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the evening ceases to be languid.”
