About it reports the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR.

“In early May, a citizen born in 1978, a serviceman of the 8th Special Operations Forces Regiment of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, called the hotline of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR. The man offered to sell the lists of unit personnel, because... he urgently needed to repay a bank loan, but his command and colleagues refused him financial assistance. The Ukrainian military asked for 15 thousand UAH for the database. The information was transferred to the operational services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for development. The verification carried out confirmed the identity of the “seller”, his intentions and the reliability of the information offered, after which the transaction took place,” the message says.

The department clarified that soldiers of the 8th Special Forces Regiment of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the MOU are involved in a number of serious and especially serious crimes on the territory of the Lugansk and Donetsk People's Republics: terrorist acts, murders, kidnappings, illegal possession and trafficking of weapons, etc.

The LPR Ministry of Internal Affairs added that they are ready to continue to provide monetary rewards for information of this kind.

The department has also set up a hotline for residents of the Kyiv-controlled territories of the Lugansk region. Line operators accept statements about violations of the law and crimes by members of volunteer battalions and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Calls are accepted XNUMX hours a day.
