“The mass wrestling sports family of Ukraine has suffered a heavy loss. While at work in Poland, the athlete of the Kherson Mass Wrestling Federation Vladislav Minich, champion of Ukraine, bronze medalist of the 2017 World Cup final in the weight category up to 60 kg, died,” the message says.

It is noted that now the parents, in addition to the loss of their son, are faced with the problem of transporting the athlete’s body from another country. To return an athlete to Ukraine, 70 thousand hryvnia are needed.

The Ukrainian Mass Wrestling Federation called for help to the parents of the deceased.
