This is evidenced by court decision.

Как clarifies the publication “Our Money”, The court arrested four of Tabachnik’s bank accounts at once.

On October 23, 2015, the court arrested Tabachnik’s funds in 12 accounts in Sberbank of Russia, as well as in two accounts in PrivatBank and Prominvestbank. According to Dmitry Tabachnyk’s latest declaration for 2012, he had UAH 9,51 million in bank accounts.

On the same day, an investigator from the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine asked to arrest the apartment, a plot of land with an area of 0,15 hectares and a house with an area of 673 m2 in Kozin, which on September 2 and 10, 2015, by power of attorney of the ex-minister, his father gave to his mother Alla Tabachnik.

The court of first instance refused to seize this property, but on November 5 the appellate court did seize the property. Criminal proceedings against Dmitry Tabachnik were opened on September 9, 2015 for the theft of state property on an especially large scale.
