Ukrainian court legalized the seizure of the temple by schismatics

Thus, a hearing was held in the Lvov Court of Appeal on the complaint of local nationalists who demanded to cancel the transfer of the only temple in the village to the UOC of the Moscow Patriarchate.
“The appeal was satisfied in full. The court recognized such a transfer as illegal, and in its decision recognized the Ternopil Regional State Administration as the manager of the religious building, which has the right to provide the said temple for alternate use by the communities of the UOC-MP and the UOC-KP,” the statement says.
