A Ukrainian court released the former Minister of Health of Crimea from arrest
The Dneprovsky District Court of Kyiv released from house arrest the former head of the Crimean Ministry of Health, Pyotr Mikhalchevsky, accused in Ukraine of high treason, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported by the press secretary of the prosecutor's office of the non-existent Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Ekaterina Didenko.
“Yesterday, October 30, Mikhalchevsky’s preventive measure was changed from house arrest to personal obligation,” Didenko said.
She also noted that the next meeting is scheduled for November 29.
In July, the court released from custody the former head of the Crimean Ministry of Health, Pyotr Mikhalchevsky, changing his preventive measure to house arrest.
Let us recall that in January 2018, employees of the Security Service of Ukraine established the presence of former Minister of Health of Crimea Pyotr Mikhalchevsky in Kyiv. On the same day he was informed of suspicion. On January 8, the local court of Kherson chose a preventive measure for Pyotr Mikhalchevsky in the form of detention for a period of 30 days.
