Ukrainian court overturned the arrest of Sberbank of Russia shares
The Kiev Court of Appeal overturned the arrest of shares of the Ukrainian subsidiary of Sberbank, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This is stated in the court decision.
“To recognize as unlawful the actions of a private enforcement agent of the executive district of the city of Kiev..., which consisted in issuing a resolution dated September 20, 2018 on the opening of enforcement proceedings No. 57267831, a resolution dated September 28, 2018 on the seizure of all real and movable property in enforcement proceedings...”, the resolution says .
The decision also states that the claimants of the property of the Ukrainian subsidiary of Sberbank were Asset Management Company Financial Vector LLC, Privatland LLC, Asset Management Company Financial Capital LLC.
Previously, the National Bank of Ukraine refused to approve the sale of Sberbank JSC.
