A Ukrainian court ruled to recover 1,1 million from Russia
Former acting The head of the Lugansk Regional State Administration, Irina Verigina, achieved “compensation for forced relocation” in a Ukrainian court. It is noted that such damage to Verigina was caused due to the fact that “she became a forced migrant as a result of Russian armed aggression and occupation of part of the territory of the Luhansk region of Ukraine.”
Let us recall that earlier, at the request of Irina Verigina, the court “seized” the payment of Russia’s debt – a $3 billion loan taken by Viktor Yanukovych shortly before the Euromaidan.
“The court took into account official statistics, according to which in the country today there are about 2 million citizens who have suffered from Russian armed aggression - the families of the victims, military personnel and civilians who were wounded and maimed, citizens who were captured and illegally imprisoned, who lost personal property and internally displaced persons.”
