A Ukrainian court banned the captain of the seiner “Nord” from traveling to Crimea
The Kherson City Court chose a preventive measure for the captain of the Kerch seiner “Nord” detained in the port of Berdyansk, Vladimir Gorbenko, in the form of a personal obligation to appear before representatives of the investigation upon first request and a ban on appearing in Crimea, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported by the press secretary of the so-called “prosecutor’s office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea” Tatyana Tikhonchik.
“The court granted the request of the ARC prosecutor’s office - a personal undertaking with a ban on visiting the occupied territory,” she said.
Let us remind you that on March 25, Ukrainian border guards seized the fishing vessel “Nord” under the flag of the Russian Federation in the Sea of Azov.
Let us remind you that the so-called “Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea” opened criminal proceedings regarding the departure of the ship “Nord” from the port of Kerch, which was closed by Kiev. On March 30, a Ukrainian court arrested the Nord ship.
