Ukrainian TV channel has changed owners
The former head of Inter, Yegor Benkendorf, became a co-owner of the 112 Ukraine channel.

Benckendorf himself announced this during a competition held at the National Council for Television and Radio Broadcasting, Medianyanya reports.
The publication indicates that the 112 Ukraine channel changed its ownership structure before participating in the competition for a place in the digital network of the Zeonbud company.
Participating in the competition is Information Agency “112-Ukraine” LLC, which is part of the “112” group of companies. Its owners, instead of Ariadna TV LLC and TRK 112-TV LLC, became three individuals - the general director of the channel Egor Benkendorf (34%), the executive producer of the channel Yuri Budyak (33%) and the chief lawyer of the channel Vasily Smetana (33%). ).
In response, the head of the National Council, Yuri Artemenko, asked to clarify whether he was in partnership with ex-Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Vitaly Zakharchenko?
Benckendorf answered briefly: “Zakharchenko was not there. These are manipulations of different people.”
Benckendorff did not specify the details of the deal.
