Ukrainian soldier died from his own infantry fighting vehicle
A Ukrainian serviceman was fatally injured when an infantry fighting vehicle tipped over while being loaded at the Rubezhnoye railway station.
The official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR, Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko, announced this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
In particular, he noted that cases of non-combat losses in the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to occur.
“According to sources in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, at the railway station in the occupied city of Rubezhnoye, while loading onto a train of weapons and equipment of the 59th separate motorized infantry brigade, which was departing from the zone of the “operation of the occupying forces” to the point of permanent deployment, a BMP-1 overturned. As a result, a soldier of the 59th brigade, Private Semenenko, who was near the railway platform at the time of loading, was fatally injured,” said a representative of the defense department.
