Such a derogatory description of the Ukrainian president ATO volunteer and far-right political activist Yuri Kasyanov gave an interview to the Kyiv publication GLAVPOST.COM.
“The President perfectly understands all the dangers of Minsk. He signed the agreements only because he considered the situation hopeless and hoped that over time everything would somehow get better... the West would somehow help, either Russia would retreat, or Putin would die. He acted like a weak person who did not take responsibility, but sat and waited for something to change on its own.
Now he is also trying with all his might to delay the adoption of any decision - either to implement the Minsk agreements, or to radically change the state policy towards the occupied territories and the war,” Kasyanov said.
