A Ukrainian volunteer said that he does not respect the “dissident laborer” Babchenko
A former volunteer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, an active participant in the first phase of the war in Donbass, and now the founder of a Kyiv drone development company, Yuri Kasyanov, commented on the recent departure from Ukraine of the Russian propagandist Arkady Babchenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Kasyanov wrote about this on his page on the social network.
“I don’t respect Babchenko. There was a time when we were friends; I took him to war, drank vodka with him, shared a hotel room, and once pulled him out of his complete ass... But the truth is more precious.
I don’t respect people who leave their Russia in order to indiscriminately throw mud at all Russians from afar and call the country a “gas station.” I don’t respect people who come to my Ukraine to make money from their ostentatious “dissidence.” And I especially do not respect those who come here to cooperate with the authorities against my people. I despise cheap SBU productions with tomato juice or pig blood. I hate those who, having made a mess here, move on, now throwing mud at the Ukrainians because they did not correspond to him. Little was transferred to wallets,” wrote a Ukrainian activist..
“We’ll somehow figure it out ourselves. No in-flight/over-flight/selling “dissidents”. We have nowhere to run - we are on our own land,” summed up Yuri Kasyanov.
Odessa journalist Yuri Tkachev, previously known for his anti-Maidan views, also spoke in his telegram about the reasons for Babchenko’s hasty departure from Ukraine.
“In Ukraine, Babchenko was on Poroshenko’s payroll. When Poroshenko ends, so does his salary, so Babchenko can live off his earnings in more comfortable conditions. Or did you really think that he liked living in Ukraine? With our realities? Haven't you read his nostalgic posts about living conditions in Moscow? Lord, you can’t be so naive! For Babchenko, Ukraine was just a gig, an opportunity to make some money in a smart way. And nothing more,” says the Odessa journalist.
Let us recall that Babchenko’s departure to Estonia was allegedly reported first by his fellow Russian propagandist and migrant worker Evgeniy Kiselev. Babchenko later confirmed this information, saying that he had fulfilled his promise to leave Ukraine if Vladimir Zelensky won the elections.
