Ukrainian Deputy Minister called the accident at the Crimean Bridge a manifestation of “God’s will”
The accident at the Crimean Bridge, when a floating crane fell off and damaged a bridge support, was “the will of God.”
Deputy Minister for Occupied Territories Yuriy Grymchak stated this on the Espresso channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“On September 6, the National Security and Defense Council made a decision, today is the eighth, right? On September XNUMX, a floating crane was torn off and hit the Crimean Bridge. And it damaged him. This is probably God’s will,” noted the Ukrainian deputy minister.
“Therefore, today we will strengthen the military presence in the Sea of Azov as much as we can, but today there are also diplomatic and political steps there that everyone will see in the near future, and this will allow us to quite seriously protect our interests,” vaguely Grymchak added.
As PolitNavigator reported, in the Kerch Strait due to a strong storm the anchor A floating crane broke and hit the support of the Crimean Bridge. Apart from the fact that the lighting mast was bent, neither the crane nor the bridge received any major damage.
