This was announced by Deputy Minister for “Temporarily Occupied Territories” and Internally Displaced Persons Georgiy Tuka.
“The fairly high-profile case of the Ukrainian border boat, which was provocatively attacked by Russian planes, is one of the very clear examples of what exactly our ministry is doing, because this action was initiated by us. The purpose of this action is to obtain facts. Whether someone likes it or not, international judicial organizations do not accept arguments like: “everyone knows”, “everyone knows” - such arguments do not exist. There are facts,” the official said.
“Having received this evidence, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are now preparing a civilized lawsuit against the state of the Russian Federation and the amounts there will be with nine zeros,” he threatens.
Let us recall that after the annexation of Crimea to the Russian Federation, the Russian “State Unitary Enterprise” Chernomorneftegaz “became the legal successor of the assets of the Ukrainian company “Chernomorneftegaz” and now produces natural gas on the Black Sea shelf.
