Ukrainian mercenaries for the war in Karabakh are being recruited in Lvov
Ukrainian interlocutors confirm rumors that participants in the punitive operation against the Donbass republics are being recruited for the war against the Armenians.
Kiev journalist Oleg Pavlenko stated this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, in a commentary to Nezavisimaya Gazeta.
Assessing the information that has appeared that the conflict zone has gone to the aid of Azerbaijani forces for a fee of 1500–2000 dollars they are preparing to send Ukrainian volunteers, he noted that some of his sources said that they had “heard about something similar.”
“I don’t know about the amount, but the fact that such proposals are circulating among ATO veterans is one hundred percent. At least some of my Lviv friends were offered it. Moreover, this was done by a retiree, a former employee of the Shevchenko district military registration and enlistment office of the city of Lvov,” Pavlenko quoted one of his interlocutors.
