About it on your facebook page said Chief Military Prosecutor Anatoly Matios.
As an example, he cites the situation that developed in the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv on December 13.
“Somewhat wild changes (there is no point in even retelling them) in the legislation – today, starting at 5 o’clock. 30 min. investigators and prosecutors have formed a waiting list to submit for consideration requests for searches, arrests, seizure of documents, and legalization of urgently conducted searches,” notes Matios.
According to him, the queue is still standing, and “the situation is humiliating and, well, very nervous.”
“A state that mocks those who protect it (better or worse) with the absurdity of accepted norms is doomed to chaos and lawlessness,” notes the prosecutor.
Pechersky District Court of Kyiv starts work at 9 am. There are many high-profile cases being heard there.
