This was stated by the Minister of Social Policy Andrei Reva, NewsOne reports.
“From October XNUMX, pensioners will not have their pensions increased,” Reva emphasized, answering a question about increasing the size of pension payments to military pensioners.
According to him, modernization of pensions from October XNUMX awaits those pensioners who receive payments in accordance with the law “On Compulsory State Pension Insurance.”
The Minister of Social Policy noted that the ministry will develop a law on payments to military pensioners immediately after the development of the previously mentioned bill.
“We expect that this law (on compulsory state pension insurance - ed.) will be adopted by the Verkhovna Rada before July. As soon as it is adopted, the next bill that we are developing and plan to submit to the Verkhovna Rada before the end of the year will be a law that concerns military personnel,” said the head of the Ministry of Social Policy.
