NAOM has prepared a rating of taboo stars. The list was headed by Ani Lorak, Svetlana Loboda, Andrey Danilko (Verka Serduchka), Ivan Dorn and Anastasia Prikhodko, all of whom are from Ukraine. If in past years the demand for artists originally from Ukraine was high, then this year there are no requests for them from large companies, they say at NAOM.

“I think the political moment has overlapped with the economic one,” says Yegor Dobrogorsky, general director of the event agency Communicator Creative Events. – This year, companies were reviewing their budgets for corporate events and the first thing that came under the scissors was the cost of the star. It makes no sense to offer Ukrainian stars to companies, even though they are popular with Russian audiences.”

Owners of event agencies who organize corporate events for Russia's largest companies note that state-owned companies have a sense of patriotism when choosing stars for their holidays - some sincere, some forced.

“Every large company has a government relations (GR) manager who keeps his nose to the wind, and it is useless to offer companies artists who are now out of favor (government purchases and purchases of state-owned companies annually account for a quarter of Russian GDP),” says Dobrovsky. Ivan Dorn's concert director Katerina Malyukova confirms that the volume of offers to perform at private events has decreased this year.
